Yes. Your spoken words are transcribed by your web browser and the resulting text is sent to our AI provider to generate reactions in real time. The reactions are designed to respond to what you actually say.
iTz.Chat is a private practice companion. All “viewers” and reactions are generated by artificial intelligence and are not real people. You should not represent the simulated chat to your own audience as real viewers.
Hours are measured as microphone-active time — the time during which your microphone is switched on, whether or not you're speaking or the chat is reacting. Typing with the microphone off does not consume hours.
When you reach your plan's monthly hour allotment, reaction generation pauses for the remainder of your billing cycle. Your hours reset at your next billing date. Your setup stays saved. You may upgrade to a larger plan at any time; the price difference is prorated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to your plan for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
No. We do not store recordings of your microphone audio. We do not store transcripts of your speech. Transcription happens in your browser; we receive only the resulting text, which is used transiently to generate reactions and is not persisted by us.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of billing error, duplicate charge, or a technical problem that prevented use of the Service. Contact support@itz.chat within 14 days of the charge. Refunds that are approved are processed through Paddle.
